It Came from the Basement presents Return of the Living Dead

it-came-from-the-basement-return-of-the-living-dead-commentary

Hey guys, this is the “long awaited” first of many commentary episodes…where your hosts Jeff Crazy & Dead Mike actually sit in the same room together for 90+ minutes, get shitfaced, and talk trash about one of our favorite films…The Return of the Living Dead. Jeff Crazy threw up after recording this commentary, so if that is any indication as to how stupid we get then what are you waiting for?

Ps. We called this Episode 35 while recording but have decided to record a REAL episode 35 next week featuring Black Roses vs. Rock n Roll Nightmare.

  1. Freddie and Frank are sweating because of the trioxin 245—-they are dying, and the sweating is part of the process. :(

I am a hardcore return of the living dead fan, and know the ins and outs of this movie. :)

The house where the general lives was actually decorated by the owners…there wasn’t additional decoration needed (with the exception of the computer stuff).

  2. Additional info—Linnea Quigley didn’t know at the time, that she could request a closed set during her dancing scenes. So there were more people watching on that particular scene than perhaps wanted.

Freddie’s girlfriend kept hesitating during the rehearsals of her falling through the staircase. So the director(?), changed the step that is supposed to break, and it totally shocked the actress. I am not sure if she really hurt herself, but during the ROTLD commentary, the comment was made that she was super ticked off.

A remake of Return of the Living Dead would be very similar to blasphemy. :)
